Abstract

|
Focusing on mothers who have disable child, this study aimed to adopts a integrative bibliotherapy program to reduce their stress, anxiety and depression, low self-respect factors out of all challenges they face in daily life. The results of this study can be summed up as follows: The stress of the mothers of children with disabilities in a research group is reduced after the program. Anxiety and depression have also been reduced after the program. but there were no differences in low self-respect of the mothers of children with disabilities. Therefore We can see that integrative bibliotherapy program is effective to the stress anxiety and depression of the mothers of children with disabilities.
